No more cycling until the New Year 😫
After a recent third stay in hospital in as many months for recurrent pericarditis (this time being the worst yet) I have been officially banned from all exercise for the next couple of months whilst my new course of medication beds in. I had plenty of big plans for 2018 in terms of cycling and fitness in general, and they’ve all more or less fallen flat due to poor health.
Anyways, I’m going to take this time to properly rest and recover and plan something for 2019 - I’ve already got a few ideas floating around my head.
