Turning over the calendar is always a good excuse to make resolutions and aspire to be better or do more. Personally, 2016 will be the year of major fitness gains - whilst I dare say this isn't the most unfit I've been, this has been a busy/hectic/life-changing year and I haven't always made time to keep in shape, and I'm feeling the worse for it. I have the @cootthaburn in a month and a half and I really need to blitz the training between now and then. It will mean some lifestyle changes to make the time to fit everything in, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
