Starting the year on the right foot - woke up hangover- and kid-less this morning so the wife and decided to go for an early morning New Year ride. Whilst 2016 was all about professional gains, this new year will be focussing on work-life balance. More quality time with the kids and more time spent keeping fit and healthy. Not getting any younger, and these past couple of years I've not exactly been trying to stay in shape. Kids - and lack of time - are a lazy (sic) excuse, but no more!
