Stoked to have found these @tastinz Smooshed Wholefood Balls at my local @aldiaustralia store. For the past few weeks they have been my go to for nutrition whilst out on the bike. Delicious, compact, clean energy - I find I digest them much better than any energy gels. Through a combination of the Instagram algorithm and Gmail’s spam settings I missed the fact that it was the @cycleofgiving today, so decided to do another self-directed 💯km ride this morning. . . Four laps of the @translinkqld Redcliffe Peninsula Line cycleway - a great rolling surface and more than a few hills means it was far from monotonous. Definitely adding this as a regular fixture to my riding.
