Over the last couple of months I really got into tracking my activity using my Apple Watch - especially since I was limited with the amount of exercise I could do (basically, just walking the dogs). I’ve got to admit, after a while ‘closing my rings’ became something of an obsession - Apple has got this gamification thing down pat!

Happy to end out the year with my first perfect month - let’s see if I can keep it up in 2019!
